Mr. Mazzarella grew up in Vero Beach, Florida and graduated with honors from Vero Beach High School in 2000. He went on to attend both college and law school at the University of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, magna cum laude, in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2007.
In law school, Mr. Mazzarella served as the Vice-President of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Board. He competed in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition and received awards for the Best Oralist, Best Brief, and Overall Champion. The University of Florida presented Mr. Mazzarella with the William C. Gaither Award for the most outstanding Moot Court member and inducted him into the National Order of the Barristers. He also instructed law students as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing, appellate advocacy, and trial practice courses.
Upon graduation from the University of Florida College of Law in 2007, Mr. Mazzarella joined Clarke Silverglate & Campbell, P.A.
