Professional Experience

Ms. Rahavy joined Clarke Silverglate & Campbell in 2008 as an associate and concentrates her practice on commercial and civil litigation and products liability. Prior to joining the firm, she focused her practice on admiralty, products liability, and class action litigation.

Ms. Rahavy was born and raised in Massachusetts. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts in 1998. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2003. While in law school, Ms. Rahavy was Associate Note Editor on the Journal of High Technology Law. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Rahavy clerked for one year in the Superior Court in Massachusetts.

Ms. Rahavy is a member of the American Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in Florida and Massachusetts state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
